The Eagle Ford Shale rig count gained one this week, increasing the total to 87 rigs running across our coverage area by midday Friday. In recent Eagle Ford news, Preferred Proppants announced last week it has begun commercial operations at its Atascosa sand mine and facility.
[pdf] Try to turn the compressor by hand. It should be possible to turn it around. It should turn around smoothly, without any 'hickups' (be sure to completely shut down the air compressor!). Check the isolation of the motor windings.
